Yes. Any structural addition in Clark County or the City of Las Vegas requires a building permit. We handle the entire process — submitting plans, paying fees, scheduling inspections, and obtaining final sign-off.
How long does a home addition take to build?
Most room additions take 8–16 weeks from permit approval to completion. Permitting itself can take 3–6 weeks. We give you a full project timeline at the start and provide updates throughout.
Can I live in my home during the addition?
In most cases yes. We contain the construction area and minimize disruption to the rest of your home. For major structural work we will discuss any temporary arrangements before work begins.
Do you handle the design and architectural plans?
Yes. We work with licensed designers and engineers to produce construction drawings that meet Clark County code. You do not need to hire a separate architect — we coordinate everything under one contract.
